Description
This wasp was visiting our garden tonight. He or she (I think it was just one) came back over and over again to drink some water.

Outstanding macro. They need lots of water to build a nest. Dana
What an amazing capture.
Yes they need water too in the heat. My father had bees about 20 years ago and he made a little waterhole with a tilted platform half into water for the bees, so they could go there and get water and it was fun to see how they came drinking. THis is a really wonderful capture. I like it alot.
I have seen them at my bird bath too, especially in this 100 degree heat, nice shot of this one!
Great macro...
