Description
Mom returned to the nest after about 15 minutes, unfortunately, she was carrying nesting materials rather than a fish, but it was a nice, majestic pose, so I'm not too upset.. Oh, and the chicks flattened themselves out/down into the right side of the nest as soon as they knew she was coming back. This WAS a bit disappointing, as I wanted another family portrait.

Wonderful. I may have considered cropping the distractions off the bottom, but thats just an afterthought! Great shot.
Thanks all.. @Blinkings: Yeah, I don't know why, but I'm STILL unable to make myself crop at other than a 3:2 or 4:3 ratio, unless I'm actually throwing something in a frame, then it's whatever fits..
