Description
Congrats to the winners, and nope didn't place but sure am honored to have tied with Savage Angel, who's space art knocks me out. This was surely one of the hardest challenges for me personally.
Terrain, surface and atmosphere are mine, the 'spaceship' was taken from a photo of an actual ship. I did a bit of fixing on it and voila.
I may redo this one a bit and see if I can add stuff.. but not now :)
Thanks to you all for your comments on my last upload "Sky Reflections" and for your support, encouragement and helpful hints...

Wheeeeeeeee! That looks like fun! Super job here, Pat. Love the ship, too! ")
If I would have known my friend I would have voted for you it's terrific work as always hugs ))
Very nice work. That really is a red planet. Well done.
Great work as usual
I thought this was one of the coolest HOT entires, Pat. Super!
Red is hard and you did good...yep...not great....the planets appear in front of the clouds and really is not possible...it appears a bit too red on my monitor but, WOW....a very nice try. Sorry, just trying to be honest :(
Agree with Mark; maybe try an orange/red and much lighter. Also, maybe increasing the haze a bit. This is the most interesting of all planets in our solar system. Hope I'm still here when the planned maned excursion takes off.
outstanding and fantastic scene! love the special perspective and the excellent details! what a firy planet! ;o)
very red!
