Description
A real photograph of the old district of my hometown with a definitely 'comics' feel to it, intended as a reminder of the works of Jacques Tardi, a French comic strip artist known for his meticulous clear line style and creator of a series called 'Adèle Blanc-Sec', set in the Paris of early 20th century where the moody heroine encounters supernatural events, state plots, occult societies and experiments in cryogenics. Hope you will like it, as much as I enjoyed working on this image.
Thank you very much for your nice comments on my previous photo, taken in Switzerland, on a three-day outing in the Jura mountains. Have a nice and comforting week-end !
