Description
I think this female Moth had about reached the end of her short adult life. This is the Moth that comes from the Eastern Tent Caterpillar (which is a real pest in my part of the world).

Gorgeous shot. I'm aware of how much of a pest Tent Months are (well, the caterpillars, at least), but I like them anyway. I love the details here as well as the choice to present more than one view of this lovely lady. Great work!

I have to agree with Andrea, the left is best. I will have to look up this moth as I do not know why the caterpillars are a pest, I would guess at excessive crop damage but will check it out anyhow. I do like this moth though, the antenni remind me of the horns of a goat. I didn't know they had a striped belly either, looks like a cross with a wasp. Excellent captures and presentation. Bravo!!!!!
