Description
I can't seem to escape from doing fractals and texturing this week. I promise to stop uploading every day starting today. I am pet sitting with the diabetic cat again and giving him insulin injections, which I find a little stressful. Working with fractals and textures relaxes me. His family returns tomorrow. : ) Have a lovely weekend! Thanks for looking and for all of your comments. They are much appreciated as always.
Best viewed full size to catch all the details. I'm especially fond of this one for some reason.
Tools I used: Artmatic Pro, Filter Forge, The Gimp

This is incredible work, Cathy!!!!! Truly original - One of the most beautiful things I've seen on here... and a great title too!
Very nice image, great colours and design!!!:)
Wow! This is so cool. This has such wonderful colors and forms.
Well done.
This is awesome Cathy! I love the insiuation that the chambers are inside the Nautilus Shell, you've created another fractal beauty! Playing with fractals is very relaxing for me too. Babysitting a diabetic animal, having to give it shots, that's stressful. I've had to do subQ hydration with two dogs, and it is stressful. Especially since one needs to keep a calm mood so the poor dog doesn't get stressed. You are indeed special to do this for the cat.
Excellent work!
Very beautiful work, I can sense the joy and serenity you had on rendering all this.
WOW ! Amazing work !!!
Brilliant! Original and exquisitely beautiful - a wonderful 21st century yantra.
I can see how someone could get lost in one of these. Well done!

Amazing! It really gives a feeling of mother-of-pearl!
this is too cool....what a trip to view in FULL
Wow how amazing what you can do, you really are so telanted. What a kind person you are to look after the diabetic cat, it can't be easy having to give insulin shots, especially to a cat. hugs Jane xx
Stunning composition, looks fantastic ! 5* Hugs Karin :)
Very soothing, in a psychedelic sort of way.Colors are wonderful,Cathy.
Good work! Very well done!
Fantastic design and inage
I always zoom (I mean, that's the size the artist intended!), but oh this one really blooms full-size, Cathy. Your design, already interesting, comes alive with your funnel-like swirl, partly because of the hues & the way they illuminate the squares & perpendiculars behind it, but also because you've blended them into the designs so subtly. Sometimes you seem to have a design in mind & it dominates your creation; and once you commit to it, you then touch it with subtlety and inner feeling, and you turn it into magic and gentle seeing. It's just touching to me. And your grainy textures on the edges are 'right'...You have a style, you know that? (Or styles, plural!) They all have your touch & eye. I really like this piece. Really, really, really.
Wow - this really sucks, very psychedelic !!!!
