There are literally 100s of small ranches like this one all over Arizona. This one is located in Star Valley, east of Payson in Central Arizona. The elevation is about 5,000-ft.
This picture was taken in summer 1985 and later scanned.

A fabulous life style. A song comes in to my mind ' God must be a cowboy '. I love cowboy films as well as its music score. A film developed so old will not survive in our climatic condition because of the humidity. And it is interesting this area is so high, still hot and dry.
