Description
Well, I wanted to start off with the heroes in my Year of the Nine comic that I'm working on, but since I have two villains of the arch foes of the Super Mutant Nine, the Evil Society of Villains (ESV) done, I shall start with them. The first one here is Timestream. By his name, you might have guessed that he's a time-traveling/time-controlling villain.
