Awesome looking Bird that she is
Is "A-6" a Navy designation? Otherwise it looks like an A-26. Nice photos.
It is an A-26. A typo on my part when I cataloged it.
It was referred as a B-26 for a number of years after the war although it was designated A-26,not to be confused with the Martin bomber. I've seen this bird at Andrews AFB a few years back. This type was also seen as fire bombers in the movie Always.
real cool looking
Very cool bomber and capture my friend!!!
Wonderful! Great shots! Rob.
Very good! and thanks for the info. :)
Cool A/B-26. This type also flew in the Congo and the Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba.
