Great sense of detail. From a compositional standpoint, you might consider moving out of 1-point perspective, turning the camera a bit and getting more than one vanishing point. I like the inclusion of the foreground railing, I think it would be even more effective if you put a "recognizable" object, like a human being next to the railing to really sell the scale.

Great composition. Maybe you should play around a bit with DOF or blur to make it even more realistic. Also the building textures are quite simple IMHO. Nevertheless well done.
