Viaduct - Dentdale - Yorkshire
The Settle to Carlisle railway runs over many viaducts on its travels across Yorkshire and Cumbria. This is just one such viaduct which I think shows the openess and wildness of the Yorkshire moors. The little abandoned house below the viaduct is just one of many to be found in this wild and fascinating landscape.

Just perfect.
a perfect composition and a stunning view
Just outstanding!
The exposure is perfect to create the rich golden hue and the deepening shadows. Stunning work.
The countryside is so beautiful. Your shot frames this area so nicely. Awesome work1
i think i learn a lot about composition from looking at your photos. the lines in this lead the eye into and across the image. the organic curves of the land contrast with the geometric shapes of the man-made elements. even the clouds make a diagonal leading down to the land. it's all very controlled, and very natural.
great landscape foto, as usual ;)
A real eye-catcher.
Reminds me of the Palouse area in Eastern Washington State. Very lovely. Very quiet.
Splendid view!
