Description
Across Yorkshire are a lot of lime stone pavements that have been worn by time with large cracks caused by erosion. Some how solitary trees manage to take root and survive.Strange that every now and again you find one tree all on its own growing in such a hostile enviroment

wow, what an impressive image this is....the eye leads you to the end.....I really love this one...the tree shape is awesome
simply wonder from the nature. Love it.
Excellent capture! The PoV is perfect, very nice.
it's a perfect place for this tree! (excellent POV)
first rate work!
Excellent shot, all the elements are perfect! Great work!
Wow. very cool. 5+.
On the eastern side of the Sierra Mountains there are many stunted trees growing from rocky cliffs and landscapes. I always marvel at the stubborness of mother nature. This has a marvelous pov and composition. Wonderful mood.
now that's a striking composition. all roads lead back to the central figure, the central figure has a good amount of space around it, and a strong contrast between busy and sparse, and geometric and organic. very nice!
Extremely interesting and also a very beautiful shot.
Beautiful pov and composition, the rocks lead the eye straight to the solitary tree! Very lovely!
Excellent capture.
The framing of your shot is excellent. I love how the objects in your scene forms lines leading to the tree which is so unique. Masrvelous shot!
I'm inclined to think they cling on solely for us photographers ;) this is classic and excellent.. the light catching the bit of green in the foreground is very nice and makes me go back on my initial thought this would have been a good b&w (still may be, but think the colour works well)
Superb. I bet this is the top of Malham Cove!
Awesome capture, Bravo!!!
