Really nice photo, the colours and composition work nicely. I'd take a step back tho and look at the sharpening you did on it - the areas of what should be relative smoothness are filled with grain caused by what can only be oversharpening. Have you considered using a noise reduction software filter on one layer and sharpening another layer and then masking them in combination to get the sharpness and smoothness where you need them?
