Description
The desert in full moonlight is a sight to see; however, when you decide to go for a hike to see this event, keep watch for the critters: tarantulas, scorpions, desert centipedes and rattle snakes ...yikes; and, welcome goose pimples. Well, no pain; no gain.
Cirrus cloud file used by FrankB; bush file used by lightning; grass file used by klas; and the Joshua Tree file is by ...sorry, I don't remember.
Enjoy.

Excellent Bob.
Fantastic the fog on the left, nice fine clouds, super position of the tree and the grass ... Bravo!
Fantastic light, I like how the moon seems to shine on the foreground. Excellent textures, vegetation and atmo!!!!!!!!!
wow - great scene!
gorgeous !!
Really well done, Bob!
nice night scene Bob
nice atmo,well done
I especially like the sky.... but the surface and textures and details are also beautiful !!!!!!!!!!
we've had clouds like this for several days running- these are perfect for the mood here. The subtle details like the mist and the stars really make this, Bob! Perfect in every aspect- but, I don't see those critters? Good thing; I don't like spiders.
Good stuff Bob :)
Excellent scenery with superb atmosphere!!!
Another super realistic TG2 work, Bob!!!! Excellent as always.
Goose pimples? No way. I live wayyyyy out in the middle of nowhere, in North Joshua Tree. On top of a mountain. By myself. ;) Nice work, Bob! ")
@Savage_dragon; you must be near 'Nowhere, Arizona'. Of course, Joshua Trees are in California and Nevada as well. Thanks for visiting.
a most wonderful mood you created here! love the sky and clouds and the composition is fantastic! ;o)
This sets a magical mood Bob. Love the landscape. It's so varied. I can see a wild coyote or a wolf pack roaming this. Beautifully done.
Excellent atmo. Overall superb!
Marvelous work Bob!Nice change to a moonlit atmo! We don't usually see Terragen desert scenes at that time of day!
