Description
This colorful leaf has seen a lot of hardship, yet is still hanging on.
The lighting here made this a "must capture."
That, and the totemic faces I see all along the edges.
Thanks for peeking.

Very kool back-lit leaf totem (pole ?) Nice find and capture ! ~Cheers~
The lighting is fantastic; I love how the veins look like rivers of light. Wonderful capture!
Outstanding image. Lighting, colors, textures are wonderful. Well done!
Well spotted and captured Kort!
D'make a spiff set of loafers. Totems? If you say so. In origin pointed leather shoes were for stirrups and for those who used them. On horses. Not in obstetrics. In obstetrics the West has been regressing for centuries. Even the medieval birth chairs were superior to what is used now. See, there's this direction that many call "down" but which is also a matter of what is called "gravity". Just thought you might like to know.
Outstanding translucent leaf patterns.
Yep, beautiful lighting on a difficult subject. Well done !
I see 'em! Terrific pic.
Yes it has seen better days but it is so lovely with the light shining through. A lovely capture.
Beatiful capture of the sunlight
Reminds me of a surfboard.... Kewl. Aloha

The light through the leaf makes your photo strong and beautiful.

Superb image of a leaf, my friend !!!
Nice stuff here Kort!! I gravitated towards this and the circuit city pieces right away for their bright saturated colors. I am seein the totem or Tiki faces very clearly too! Awesome work!! John KP
