RochegudeRochegude
- Roche (bé) gude, la "roche qui boit" dominant la Cèze, rivière cévenole riche en paillettes d'or qui coule dans son écrin de verdure ;
Rochegude
Strengthened village, bati on the abrupt sides of a hill between plain and set, Rochegude hesitates between two origins:
- Rock (bé) gude, the "rock which drinks" dominating Cèze, river cévenole rich in gold spangles which runs into its greenery case;
- Roche (a) gude, the "pointed rock", houses of gold stones and roofs of pink tiles rising in terraces towards the relics of the feudal castle.
Right Bank or Left Bank, the village of Rochegude allows numerous promenades feet, bike, on horseback.
Of the prehistory in our days, stones tell stories: mysterious "millstones", capitelles and low walls of garrigues, turn of the templars in Mannas, village full of flowers of Aubarine, hamlets of Oulhme, of Belveset, of Courlas.
The small village enters mineral and plant, between past and future, Rochegude, which goes up!!!

Beautiful done..!!!excellent...!!!
Beau travail, Claude.
