Beautiful setting for the characters. I see much life recreated here in your render; especially with the movement of the unicorn approaching her outstretched hand.

really great piece lighting can be frustrating i like to use 1 global light for the background then 3 /4 spotlights on for each model you can play with the colours and spreads for ours its a personal choice,good luck.
