Description
I hope you all have a great day and evening with your loved ones or indeed if you are on your own.
I am single but have prepared a valentine dinner for myself of guacamole on toasted bread, king prawns in filo pastry with sweet chilli dip, followed by fresh mango and a glass or two of pinot grigio. I may even have a few chocolates during the evening!! Just because some of us are single doesn't mean we should not treat ourselves!
