It is difficult not to be pessimistic in these troubling times. Perhaps more warnings need to be screamed to the masses?
Thanks for lookin. All comments welcome!

Prevented what? The world blowing up or are you talking about the recent economic crisis. Greedy people etc.... ;)
Cool and very creative realization......!!!!!
Extraordinary composition and light effects! I hope that your angel will punish the greedy people!
great image, Really good job with the background. although thinking and extinction event dosn't sound like all that bad and idea.
Good illustration for this era time wondering.
or put signs up "beware of disaster"

Cool render. YOu are right.
Excellent work, great composition!
Nice image and lighting;
Great job !! 5+
Nice image, but I think it´s a general fault to hope for help from above. If we can´t save the planet, nobody else will do it for us. Actually we all can (sorry to use that slogan again, lol). We can change our ways and we can stop givin´ support to those who prevent a sane and responsible development of mankind. I´d like to quote Étienne de La Boétie, but unfortunately it seems that he was made a quote slave by the libertarian right in the US (in Europe the libertarian left (the good guys ;) )is referring to him). The libertarian right (or "Anarcho"-Capitalists) are People who want to free those habits which have brought us into this situation completely from responsibility and declare them a virtue. However it remains true, that in an interdependent world you don´t have to fight the government or corporations, you just have to stop believing and obeying to them. Stop voting their parties and stop buying their products. Become a responsible citoyen.
A stunning and powerful image, to be sure! Well done. Hopefully more will heed the warnings that are all around us.
