Description
The continuous cold of Winter inspired this sunny spot to sit and relax in the warm Summer afternoon,in a stylish chair on a Modernist deck by the ocean. The chair model is from www.ModelUp.com(this was a freebee on a content disc from 3DWorld magazine). The shell, apples and plate are from Daz3D.com.The plexi cube table is a Bryce shape, the glass is composed of positive and negative shapes, and the books are lattice terrains(one for the cover and one for the pages). All textures are Bryce presets(except the apples).Sky is a modified preset, and the image was rendered with Volumetric World selected. Thanks for viewing and comments!

Really fascinating. I want to be there and relax.
Cool...back to the 70th.
Excellent! Very cool! Man, do I need a holiday in the Grafikeeriverse...
Nice chair!
C O O L !!!!!!!!
What a stunner! The weather looks like Cape Town today (sorry, I couldn't resist! :o))
I want a sun deck like that...reflections and composition is great!
Arrrrrrrrg! We're currently being bombarded with the hotest weather on record here in Melbourne. I thought I'd get a little relief by distracting myself on the net, and what do I find....... Good enough to make me feel hot again. :-)
What a great place of reflection ! Nice idea and of course nice reflections !
'cool' hot scene, indeed 70'ties design
Really excellent render!! :)
A very nice place to be. Well done.
Impressive rendering work!
COOL!
I could definitely imagine much worse places to spend the winter. Fabulous composition, textures and mood my friend.
I like a lot this composition, very relaxing and inviting. Great use of textures and light. A fantastic render.
Excellent idea!
Rendered volumetric - it must have taken ages. Outstanding render, details are very convincing. I like the "ice-cube" table. The chair looks inviting but I'm sure I'd bang my head if I sat myself into it. There's a bit less snow visible than my view out of the window.
Very nice image. Great textures and lighting! Very well done.
Sweet render and relaxing scene, the reflections look great!
Very nice work!!
VERY well rendered and setup scene!!
Beautiful, it does look like a great place to sit and relax.
Wow, great materials! I really like this place, exactly my kind of place: the beach, the sun, a book, a drink, a comfortable place to be on my own, with my thoughts and dreams as companion. Thanks for sharing!
