Had to go to the hospital last Thursday with a infarct...
Yes.. we all can get them, I didn’t thought it would happen to me, but it did. I am going well now, with some complications and restrictions, but I’m home, with the best nurse on the planet, my Christine.
Must take it easy, so, you’re informed, and… Rendo is therapeutic, I’ll be back

A super portrayal but do take care, and yes you will have to be careful for a while. As you say RR is the best to help with recovery.
Rest, then do what doc says (mostly :-) ). Worked for me so far (20+ years).
