Description
A little experiment in using primitives to add in things like mane and tail instead of postwork.
The horse has no postwork at all thanks to CWRW's awesome packs.
I did postwork the rest though.
Background is constructed from a LightDome Pro 2.0 sky, a manipulated photograph (gave up after several days of trying to get the effect I wanted from various programs and models) for the water and Nerd3D's Waves on the Beach (sand only).
Lights are straight out of the box from LightDome Pro 2.0.
Dust, hoofprints and shadow all done by hand.
Anyway.. been a rough month.. lot of illness (both my hubby and me.. spent my birthday in bed).. glad to be able to finally post something.
Again I am hundreds of emails behind, so slow getting around to your galleries.

Hi Sandy, A really nice piece of work. Fresh and wonderful. Hope you're feel better at the moment. I've been in bed a lot myself these last three weeks with a horrible flu virus that just won't clear. Take care. Great picture!
Brilliant work on this one, that horse with no postwork is stunning
Sorry to hear that you haven't been well but hope you are on the mend now. This is a stunning render and you have got a super sense of action here.
Gorgeous work! Buckskins have always been one of my favorite color types! I hope you and hubby are on the mend now. I'm very glad to see you back again. Bunny

Sandy, you're back! Lovely work. Hey I left Warhammer and am back in WoW been playing on the Silverhand server. Send a tell to Ellistrea. On Sentinals I'm still Eulogy. So awesome to see you working on your art again. Hugs.
Oh Sandy!! This is stunning work! Everything about is totally gorgeous, and of course a fave! I'm so sorry to hear you've been sick too! We were sick at the same time, does that make us viral sisters?? Giggles!! My hubby was sick too, thankfully just a cold that hung on. So sad that you spent your birthday in bed, that's a real bummer. Hope you are beginning to feel better now, I'm counting on the antibiotics prescribed for the bronchitis I've developed to fix me .. keeping my fingers crossed and a candle lit that both you and your hubby improve rapidly.
Oh! You have made a very nice work here! 5/5
stunning!!!!
