Description
Xenodream 2.2 + some postwork in PSP.
During Obama's oath, I saw on the T.V. the dome of the Capitol in Washington. This brought me to the idea to make this 3D work. Surely, it's not an exact architectural design. Please, see it as my free interpretation.
The background = 3 layers of the same dome, but with other color lighting effects. The lightning in the sky and personage on the dome are parts of Internet photos.
The United States Capitol serves as the seat of government for the United States Congress, the legislative branch of the U.S. federal government.
Begun in 1793, the United States Capitol has been built, burnt, rebuilt, extended, and restored. The Capitol that we see today is the result of several major periods of construction; it stands as a monument to the ingenuity, determination, and skill of the American people.
Thanks for your attention.
