I played around with several programs for this image.
Xeno Dream, Poser, ZBrush (everyone needs an elongated head), APO and UF5 for background, and Photoshop.

An arsenal of softs :D Image is fun and the concept works for me. Would be stronger and deeper maybe with more textures and a sharper render, in my opinion.
