Description
I was at the marina the other day, just walking around with my camera. This is a shot of the bay, it was about 9 in the morning, and I have no idea what I did. But there's something about it I really like!! I've done nothing but resize it (really, truly, swear on a stack of foto manuals!!)

well it beautiful great shot ++5
lovely capture Marilyn! The reflection on the water is stunning!
Nice work....Aloha
I believe you! ... I believe you! ...
Just how did Madonna in her sparkly costume get into your pic?
full-view you can 'see' it's a daytime shot, but god knows how you got that other-worldly lighting! I'd like to think it's your inner eye working inside of you, but you'll probably say it was an accident. But, as one art teacher said: "There are fewer accidents than you think!" (We used that excuse everytime we messed up, so she got rid of that saying reeeeallly fast.) It's beautiful and maybe your inner eye really did guide you to the angle, the reflective light, who knows; maybe it's your resident poet guiding you to just the right place...It's a nice composition, and I like that you got a duck swimming right off the edge of the apparition (Madonna! Great comment!) Nice sparkles in the background, and all that dark stuff coming off the shore & into the water. Very enticing shot. Glad you posted it...
WOW - I need these "rays of hope" today! Fantastic Marilyn - just keep on doing exactly what you did!!! :)
Dark and light, almost reversed...cool effect. Betcha can't do it again!
the camera sees things differently than we do.....
Gorgeous light! Wow. I believe you that you didn't put it there, but I know what "I just resized it" means to you. No saturation, boost, nothing?? Contrast? LOL! You know I'm thinking of the grass, don't you? :) Okay, okay. I'll stop. This really is spectacular. I love what you've captured here!
thanks for the smile wonderful capture warm hug, Linda
Wonderful!
It's a perfect composition, well done!
Great shot! Sometimes fate gives you the greatest results!
A place with silver shores and a galaxy bursting to life in the water. What a wonderful place.
Whatever you inadvertently did, I want some of that!
Way more sellable than A piece of toast!
