Description
This is a little tribute to one of my favourite artists, Chris Foss, who created several wonderful photo realistic paintings in this genre which were very much admired by my teenage self.
Now with the wonders of modern technology I can have a stab at cooking up the same kind of image despite my much humbler artistic abilities.
I've used Vue 7 and the new spectral 2 clouds, with a spectral atmosphere worked over by myself and adjusted only a little in post work.
The excellent fighter plane model is a Mirage which I found as a free model on the web site of Anders Lejczak (bazze) linked via the free stuff.
The UFO can also be found in the free stuff here and has been modelled by Anthony Appleyard.
