Description
Walking between the Pine trees on my property, I had the fright of my life, seeing this Cane-toad well and truly passed it's 'use-by-date'.
A rather weathered and leathery looking apparition, just hanging in there...scary...
My guess was, that a bird must have picked it up and dropped it there...what a way to spend Christmas !
Cheers *BB*

Does it make me morbid liking this one? I really think this is a great shot of nature. Well done, glad you snapped a shot off. Might have to post my similar image I didn't do a long time ago now... ;-)
FATASTIC CAPTURE !!!!!!
Great find & capture Brigitte, usually they don't hang around during the day. Also might I say that's a well hung toad.
Tree-kill...no it's the big bad demon frog of Bilambil Heights ! It sure would scare the c..p out of me, brave capture ! ~Cheers~
yes it look really scary!!! Great capture!!! :)
Gosh I hope this isn't a new breed on cane toad that climbs trees, very scary. Great find, but you would be wondering if you were seeing aliens.
Great Shot....!!
Indeed a scary situation! Well seen, great shot!
That's fairly eerie! Great capture, though!
Looks tasty! ;) A little Road-Kill-Helper and that's a meal. A rather interesting amphibian mummy that you have run across- good capture!

What an interesting find... nice capture!
Fascinating!
Must be one fast moving tree! :^) It does look a bit demonic, or at least more reptilian then it should. Great shot of him. Hey! Is that Baz?!!
interesting!
Wonderful photo.

Very beautiful image, colours and expression !!! Excellent composition !!! 5*
Du hättest diesen Frosch an einen Chienesen verkaufen können - die mögen "das"! Interessantes Foto!!!!!
As Ted Bullpit would say 'Someone should blow trees up'!
This is quite interesting...it has a bizarre sort of X-Files quality to it that appeals to me...the corpse could be...well...alien. Well seen and perfectly presented. This is quite arresting.
that is a truly spooky image - and I love it! well done...
Very cool capture!!
