Description
I shot this in the Trinity river bottoms yesterday. I just got my big lens back from the Sigma Company in NYC for warranty, so I went to DFW airport to shoot some jets landing.will post soon
when I removed the lens, I must have moved a control on the camera.anyway I went to Grapevine to take pictures and when I looked at the lcd screen I noticed the picture was washed out.I kept checking the settings but could not find anything wrong. I was worried that my camera was malfunctioning but finally noticed the setting was wrong on the picture style .between a $1000+ lens and a camera $1000+ I am very careful when removing or installing lens

Wonderful photo of Dallas! You do the best panoramic shots! Beautiful reflections in the water. I'm glad your camera turned out to be okay. Sounds like your heart stopped for a minute until you figured things out! :)
Another Beautiful Panorama of Dallas
Very beautiful capture, Richard. Dallas almost looks naked, this time of year. Some expensive gear you're using for sure.. But for good quality of work, you need good gear.:)
cool pov of this great city richard. steve
Great capture Hugs Susan~
Beautiful captures. A splendid pano. Bunny
A wonderful clear cityscape you captured here. That lens sounds to be a very expensive item and no wonder you take care of your camera. Worth it to get these results.
Very nice shot. Well done!
I love to view city skylines so this is a real treat for me. Excellent shot!
What!??! No snow?? Shucks;-) Very sharp here. BTW, what happened with Austin is some curve balls courtesy of Life; & Uncle's in hospital - major shoulder surgery. Will keep you posted on trip plans. ~Stephen~
Fantastic scene! I like the panorama.
Outstanding Pano Richard!
that is one clear pano--beautiful day too ;)
Superb panorama Richard!
Fantastic shot Richard
Would have been pretty bad if your lense to 1000 dollars got ruined, i remember i had a camera, with 2,01 megapixels, at the time i bought it it was really hi-tech, but now it is outdated, but the weird thing is: It was still in excellent shape. Now i have bought a better digital camera, with 8,2 megapixels. But the old one had more atmosphere. Really beautiful panorama. 5+
Very good pano.
Excellent skyline capture Richard. Beautifully clear shot and perspective.
Wonderful image!
I careful too. drop my camera one time Iand I stop breathing for a little while.anyway this is a wonderful shot here
Great shot!!!!!!!!!!
Cool shot, Richard!!
Neat panorama Richard, digital camera's can get a bit tricky at times, I'm glad your new lens was not ruined and you found the source of the problem...WHEW ! I guess there are metal cows, because the grass looks sparse ?...hehe ! ~Cheers~
Beautiful scenery. wonderful photo!!
