Description
Last Friday when looking out the kitchen window I noticed these foot/paw prints (?). These prints went all the way across the yard, about 10"-12" apart. At first I thought it was a rabbit but there were only the back feet and the butt area...whatever it was sat long enough to melt the snow with its feet and imprint the butt, no tail, no claws and big feet about 2"-3" long...anyone know what it is? None of us here can figure it out so we would really appreciate your thoughts!
Thanks for looking and for precious comments!

Uh...kangaroo? I guess it depends which state you are located in.
Nice shot!
If you spin this around clockwise, you can see a wee alien or Casper the ghost :)...Like Andrea I love a mystery, you know Lyn, it could have been an angel :)
Perhaps a wayward kangaroo?
I am another that loves a mystery, it looks like this is going to remain one, I cannot think of any animal that could have made these, even rabbits use their fore paws when they leap, well when they land at least. Very intreguing I must say, I hope you find the answer. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
Maybe a mini-Yeti?!? :D Strange but interesting! Thanks for sharing!
Very cool mystery!
An elf of Santa Claus who has "lost" the sleigh? ;) Wonderful and interesting shot! :)
