The organ grinder got ground up it appears to me. That red item looks like a heart, and the 2 red things below that lungs? The yellow striped things his coat. The white-yellow & pink his intestines, as for the brown I am hoping it is the liver cause if not you know what the other brown stuff would be. I guess your renderis good art as it got me to really look and think about it in ways that were somewhat uncomfortable.
