I came to look at your gallery after you commented on "color drops." You've got some fantastic stuff here, and you said you blend Poser and Vue....you should add another "fantastic" element to the images with Apophysis or Xenodream. Apophysis is easy and free, and it creates transparencies you can add to your landscapes. Like in this image, you could add some subtle, nearly transparent fractal pattern between the branches of the lightening...things like that....maybe a subtle mandala radiating from an element in a lake. ??? Might be cool.
