Beautiful!!!!
Rather fascinating to see, that these 2 images come from the same drawing. If I should choose, I would choose the upper first, but both are beautiful in each way. Thanks for sharing, Mark.
Mark I can see it and have carefully studied your magnificent images for the longest time. I see the child and feel like he is almost at play in your image here. And thank you for your explanation about the dancing god & goddess of the Solstice here as it helps with the enjoyment of your work the more I know.
These are wonderful, the child is so playful and full of life and spirit. The gods and goddesses are most welcome, I'm so ready for the light--peace.
Wonderful tribute to the solstice, Mark. Peace be with you and yours in this season.
Ooooh this is a great one. Both components of this work so wonderfully and I'm particularly in love with the textures and the almost "geological" elements I can see in the lower image: like something imaged by a Mars lander of some sort. Fantastic. The dancing god and goddess are a fantastic reference as well--a wonderful touch of "old faith" which remains with us even in this age of either "new" faith, or none at all. Fantastic work, as always!
Very nice work! Glad to see you posting again. Have a happy holiday season.
a keen primordial pagan feel in here. cool 3D effect and textures on the lower. great work, Mark.
very fine images, mark
Yes, I see it! The movement is evident, too, in the swaying of the child and in the vibrant colors you chose. What better thing to dance to than the LIGHT!?!? I love how the image comes right out of the page at us. WOW... A 3D movie but I swear it's on the cave wall. Amazing.
