Description
Tara says she thinks these might actually be cormorants, but somehow "On The Cormorant Of The Bay" just didn't work. So, if that's the case, I apologize to all the cormorants of the world. I plead poetic license~~guilty as charged, I'll take the rap.
FYI~~Humboldt Bay, Eureka, California.

Hmm you could you know write a song on this. Nice picture
Cormorants, ducks... who cares... Lovely capture and a very fitting title!!! Love it! :)
Super creative. Thanks a lot. 5+.
The color here seems to have an other worldly quality to it which is what I like best about this image. Well done!
They look to have that classic cormorant saggy kneck, so Tara is prolly right, like Carin says who cares, and you are quite right, sitting on the cormorant of the bay don't fit :))
thanks for the smile awesome work warm hug, Linda
Very vibrant in colours. Beautiful image
Really cool post work!
They could be shag (!)
nice image
love the blues!
A very lovely blue shot!
Stellar lighting and textural effects in this shot, M. And I find the background just as intriguing as the foreground.
Oooh, this rocks! There's something about this that isn't quite earthly, and of course I'd love that. There's a graphic quality to this as well, like it's something painted or drawn rather than photographed and that's one of the most intriguingly cool parts of this whole composition/presentation. Superb work on this baby. I love it.
Perhaps they are geese? "On the miscellaneous water fowl of the bay" might have to be your refrain...love the blue reflections!
For a second I thought it was Nessie...... Nice capture. Aloha
They look quite content, whatever they are! :) (I'm still thinking cormorants, though!) Great shot! I love the water.
What????????..................................................................................Coolness!!!
I don't even know what a cormorants is...so those are ducks in my book...or just birds...doesn't really matter! Great shot!
