Ok, someone's wearing a mask :D
More charicature almost forces a clown but the exteme closeup requires wide angle and does not diminish the role of the ears. The sense that someone is behind that is very real is staggering.

Interesting how everything is exaggerated. I agree it looks like a mask, but getting the area around the eyes might come later. The ears match the large nose just about right. Great job of texturing. Looks porcelain.
Different
modeling is better then the last.. try concentrating solely on modeling instead of photoshopping in missing parts.
