Description
Have wanted to do a scene depicting the Japanese side of WWII. Here it is. I expect the runway would not be nearly so smooth. Probably muddy and rutted. Hope you like it.
Thanks for coming by and especially a big thankyou to those who make comments. They are always appreciated; especially the ones that help me to do better next time. And while on the thought of thankfulness, let me say that for those of us in the States, tomorrow is Thanksgiving. We have much to be thankful for--despite the present economic situation and fighting two wars. It is always good to take stock of one's blessing on a regular basis. I try to do that and one that consistently comes to mind over the last few years, is the blessings of your friendship. I cannot express how much each and every one of you mean to me.
Jeremy

Great scene.
Excellent scene!
A very nice representation, Jeremy.
Nice motion blur on the props! Yeah maybe a rougher texture and some ruts -- a brown version of your Sahara road might have been a bit better on the runway.
Banzei !!
This is very nice Jeremy!
Yup. Jump acft taking off or landing.
It looks good! You already know about the runway being to smooth. But in wartime, the last thing you would do, would be line your aircraft up saying 'here we are shoot us!'. But still, they DO look great though! Well done, Rob.
This loos excellent! Beautifully done!
