Description
The sweet little old woman I'm working for lives in a small Victorian house. I sits on a huge lot and hugs one of the edges. As I work my way around it, I keep finding hidden treasures. The most amazing one is where I'm am now; this side garden. To get to it, you go thru an old broken gate, walk past a small hay barn, and all of a sudden you're there. It's full of old plants, jasmine and raspberries creep over the fence from the neighbor's. As I chop and pull and dig, I uncover more wonderful things. This leaf is from a hydrangea that was buried among the grass and leaves. There are still a few faded blooms, but the leaves--wow!!
