Coloured cellophane off sweets is good for playing with lights Marylin, wrapped round the end of a torch you get some amazing results. Its been years since I did that I will have to look out for some sweet wrappers now that I have more time for playing. Mind you I have some coloured filters for on the flash, I guess they would work just as well. Excellent low light capture, it sounds like you are having too much fun, I will have to join you. Bravo!!!!!
When is a bivalve not a bivalve?

Great Scott, the Shell service station logo, in all its glory! And with an internal light source to boot! Stellar light/dark effects and composition in this foto, Marilyn! You notice that even though you've chosen to forsake me by not visiting my gallery anymore, I still add my humble little comments to your postings.

Great effects to your playing! Love the intense colors and the light coming from within!

This is wonderful! I love the color and the soft lighting here. New toys are always fantastic and I always like receiving them, though lately, I've fallen into the habit of making my own. Superb work here though...I love it.
