Oui, dans sa partie Nord, dite la petite mer d'Aral, grâce au barrage de Kokaral. Finalement nous aurons tous les trois (JM Hervé récemment, toi aujourd'hui, et moi-même, il y a plus longtemps), notre version de ce désastre.
