Description

The title translates into "Police Special Detachment" or something along those lines, and the short story (That I've yet to finish) tells about a secret task force, within the police, that takes out those psychos the ordinary police can't handle, inspired by the 1986 movie "Cobra" starring Mr. & Mrs. Stallone. P.S. I owe a great thanks to Lady Sythe for her lights collection.
