On August 8, 1829, the Stourbridge Lion became the first true locomotive to operate in the
United States or anywhere else in the Western
Hemisphere.

Opnieuw, het is niet te geloven, en toch staat het er, een klein kunststuk. Aandoenlijke vormgeving overigens, toch veel charmanter dan zo'n HSL tegenwoordig!
