So sweet. 5+.
wonderful !
love the motion and mood in this
Just wonderful! Motion and stillness.A human in the world of cars. sometimes it feels like the society forget that it consists of humans.
A symphony of darks & shapes that are real but almost apparitions. You have a grain that's enticing for the shot: It's subtle but makes everything a bit dreamlike. The pillars are terrifically solid yet hidden in shadow; the traffic whooshes past like apparitions in the night. That sign up front sets the tone for the whole piece (no walking!), and the lone walker gives us a human point of reference. I wouldn't want to walk in these places, but I have, and it felt just as you captured it: Dark, foreboding, a little inhuman and place I'd rather see through the eyes of a wonderful photographer than actually be there myself. Terrific use of modulated blacks & grays too: not easy tones to work with, but when you're Nikolay, it comes organically. As always, a fine piece of work...
Great shot Nikolay....love the blurry car
