I was at first interested in the contrast between the old building and the new one side by side, and then the broken window caught my eye! I shot this scene in Chinatown, Melbourne.

interesting contrast, the old building talks so much whereas the newer one has just silence...
When we have a camera with us, I find that it is like having an extra sense! we are constantly aware of all surroundings and take great notice to detail. Interesting, each brick a different shade or colour-tone, and yes the broken window, well noticed.
