Description
This is what I saw as I flew out of SFO today on my way home. This is Candlestick Park (though I think it's now called "We Paid A Lot Of Money To Have Our Name On A Ballpark" Park), formerly home to the SF Giants; now just the 49's park.
But, be all that as it may, I've been gone 4 weeks, seen lots of fun stuff, visited lots of people, and had a great time, but home is where my heart and soul are and here I am!!

SUPER view! I love this picture for numerous reasons, and I won't even go into the potential this has for "space art." This is fantastic. I love it.
Very interesting shot, takes a while to take it all in, thanks for sharing and welcome home!!!
No matter where I go, no matter who I see, no matter how wonderful a time I have, I am always delighted to get home again. Lovely view.
Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home. Stellar, stellar aerial shot of San Francisco and Candlestick Park, Marilyn, as you wing your way back to the promised land.
I'm so glad you're home! You sound like someone gave you water when you were thirsty.
Beautiful work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great capture Marilyn....

Googlemarilyn again... Great view!
Wonderful capture, Excellent well done..
It is not particularly my home I like to come back to, but I think it is my "own space with my own little comforts knowing where all my personal things are in exactly the right places etc., and they are there where I put them lol". I could go on.... Fantastic view especially the ball Park, terrific shot! way to go!
I almost can hear the refrain and lyrics to "Back Home in Palo Alto" with fault stimulation.
Great aerial shot Marilyn... Home is where the heart is!!
Now this is a great shot from a plane's window. And such a dizzying view for me...yikes!!! Ahhh, home sweet home, just on the heels of Winter's arrival.
You're really gifted with airplane window shots -- and this is no exception. I know that area very well from the ground level, but from here it's a whole new landscape. Excellent shot!
Welcome back...views from planes are always fascinating...this is no exception..
