Another view of the Mantis I showed yesterday. These insects come pretty close to having a non-insect face. The profile always remind me of a horse,s head for some reason.

I am jealous!! i so badly want to see one of these dudes. But I don't know if I will be picking them up. Great shot man.
Very nice macro! You were quite a bit braver than I was getting macro shots with the Mantis as he is on your finger! Yikes! Very, very nice shot!
I wish we had these here! Another super shot.
Wonderful capture..
She has a bit of a tummy on her Lee, I wonder if there is an headless male around there someplace. Superb macro, zoom is a most, excellent clarity and detail. Bravo!!!!!

She is very lovely! They do have a strange look. Even the size of the head varies. Excellent side shot.

Jeez, Lee ... you are really at one with nature there, aren't you ... the birds & the bee's and the flowers and trees and the moon up above. (wasn't that a song?) Seriously .. you have a way with critters .. they all know they can trust you. This is one fantastic shot!
Marvelous macro! !
Amazing shot, again.
