Description
My sister has a pool table in her house, and this is one of the legs. I was crawling around on the floor yesterday trying to get the perfect shot when my brother in law walked in. He just looked at me, shook his head, and said, "I'm doomed, it's genetics!!!!" My sister and I are VERY much alike, so he's right to be worried!!!

Wonderfull colors and textures!
You've brought it out in style. Showed your gouge.
LOL. He best get use to it... Aloha
That made me laugh! Interesting shot, worth the peculiar habits!
Taking a leaf out of Tara's book are you Marilyn, crawling around on all fours, It's a pity your sister wasn't stood behind you with a camera, like trent was with Tara. Lol. Beautiful claw foot and such a warm colour, nothing like polished wood, I don't like it when its been painted. Superb capture. Bravo!!!!!
Ahhh, the good ol' ball and claw foot. BTW, are you a pool shark? Bet you would be great at a couple of games.
a girl has to do what a girl has to do
Great fun crawling around on the floor, a wonderful design on this leg Marilyn, nice shot! I would be worried too!
Well crawl away girlfriend - you did a splendid job with the light here. Well done. :)
Great shot. the detail is so clear, I want to run my fingers through the groves, very nice

LOL! I know EXACTLY what you mean! :)
LOL@ your story, and bro inlaw, this is awesome, I like the textures within this superb wooden masterpiece, well done!
What a unique POV to make this unusual capture! Great effects, Marilyn! Is this up the rabbit hole with Alice? Definitely reminds me either tiger skin texture, or a photo from a colonoscopy. I see hemorrhoids but no polyps.
Wonderful !
My first instinct was to put my hand out to feel it...great shot! I love polished wood...
Well you've certainly captured the beauty of this wooden leg. Keep on crawling around!!! : )
Ah, the joys of crawling around. This is a fantastic shot, one that you can't get by simply being "normal." The texture here is wonderful and supple, and I love the warm tones!
