Absolutely beautiful! I love the colors that you've captured here...there is a graceful subtlety that I find immensely appealing, something in the cricket's thigh in conjunction with the greens, and the intense reflectivity of the eye-surface. Brilliant work!

Just a common cricket, just a superb macro!! Mechanical engineers have learned so much from mother nature, they can never get the better of her though. Excellent work, I don't know what you will do when that super little camera of yours stops working Lee, for what it is you extract miracles from it. Bravo!!!!!
