Sometimes the prolonged exposition can create interesting shifted reality. I have called such pictures "dreamy". I like it and hope you like it too.

Wow!! This is a challenge..I do like the drift of colours and trying to 'sort it out' is not very easy. i can see figures walking but am lost as to where you captured this shot..but I do like the effect. the colours in the foreground are abso brilliant. that's enough from me! Jean
