Ok, well I don't think that's a cyclo background. good job on getting the lighing direction and coloration right on. The posture is dramatic and the expression is ...well... expressive... not the so often seen poser neutral look. The agony of a poor past choice that leaves him stuck in this role is well played out. My only nigly comment would be the cape looks a bit like it is sticking into the floor but given how everything else flows this is a so what item.
