Description
I was out yesterday morning in a small park taking pictures of ducks and I caught something in the corner of my eye.well it was this egret flying in.I turned and started shooting thinking it would be a waste since I was hand holding my 50-500.I was pleasantly surprised when I looked on the computer
thanks so much for viewing and any comments

Wow they are very elegant… and deserve to see them in full size! Not easy to get such action photos with a so long (but necessary) focal length. I noticed some diffusion because of the white feather colors, some halo around the bird on the sky, but you can do nothing against that except, and not easily, in postwork. Even at 1/500s the tip of the wings are blurred, and this contributes to add some life. Woderful shots, thanks for sharing!
