No way could I ever fool Errol (Sharky) into thinking this is lava, but it's sure what it reminds me of!! It's actually a lamp in my room here at my sister's!!

It sure does look like lava.... All the colors are there and I can feel the heat... Excellent. Aloha
Looks more like those scented rocks inside a glass globe, Its a wonderful shot and I think you are having lots of fun today Marilyn!
You could have fooled me Marilyn! Great idea and well executed! Well done friend. :)
Great shot!!
Even if it isn't real lava it sure is hot! We used to have those rocket shaped lamps in the sixties they called Lava lamps. Not as good as this version though Marilyn. After people had them in their homes for about ten years they decided they were unsafe, and told us to dispose of them. Mind you they were full of inflamable liquid, something like dry cleaning fluid. Excellent capture, a real hot shot! Bravo!!!!!
neat capture
It does give the effect of being extremely hot.
this is cool awesome colors warm hug, Linda
VEry cool lava lamp capture!!!!
Great capture, it has all the elements of a REAL lava shot, except perhaps the inherent danger in being that close to it!
a glowing (sorry for the bad pun...) shot! Love the colors and presentation.
love those lava lamps too. wonderful looking
Your sisters home seems to be full of beauty and some mysterious things...I like this, it really does appear to be lava!
Resembles the scent rocks. This is when a good speller uses magma to confuse those used to magna.
This HAD to be your pic! Great shot.
Excellent portrayal of the hot lava gurgling about, Marilyn! It takes a brave soul to climb up to the apex of the volcano and look down into that molten mass!
